Customer Service Representative (CSR)
Client Service Representatives interact directly with our clients, whether in our primary care, urgent care, or emergency clinics. This critical role helps to ensure that our clients feel cared for, whether on the phone or the moment they step into our office.
Checking clients in and out, data entry, handling financial transactions, and simply caring are some of the core job duties. You will be expected to provide clear, consistent, kind, and compassionate client communication even when times are tough. You will need to be comfortable utilizing practice management software and other electronic systems to organize information and process payments.
We know you love animals and want the best experience possible for them, we are AHAA Accredited, Fear Free Certified and Gold Certified Cat Friendly Practices. We provide ongoing training and education with our Fear Free program for all of our team members. Veterinary Technician
Veterinary Technicians hold a critical role within our hospitals, functioning throughout every clinical department, including triage, primary care, emergency care, intensive care, surgery, rehab, and the laboratory. Within each role, the Tech is responsible for assisting the doctors provide first-rate care to our patients as well as to provide excellent customer service.
Some of the core job duties may include performing clinical assessments, administering tests, treatments, or medications, and communicating with other members of the care team and/or clients. You will need to be comfortable utilizing practice management software and other electronic systems to document client records.
We are a learning environment, so while we prefer candidates with an active certification and least two years of experience in the veterinary setting, we do provide ongoing training and education for all of our team members. We also offer career progression, so as Techs grow in their skillset, they have the opportunity to advance their role within the practice. We are AHAA Accredited, Fear Free Certified and Gold Certified Cat Friendly Practices.
